Warranty Policy
Benet&Co stands behind the quality of our products and we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. We offer a 12-month warranty on all of our jewelry, which covers any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. However, if the damage is due to normal wear and tear, our jewelers can repair the jewelry at competitive pricing. We cover the loss of smaller Moissanite stones up to 3.5mm, as long as the loss was not caused by damage to the jewelry or Moissanite stones. However, we do not cover or insure the loss of larger Moissanite gems or jewelry. To protect against loss, we highly recommend obtaining jewelry insurance from a reputable company like Jewelers Mutual. Damage to Moissanite gemstones (chipping, scratching, etc) is not covered by the warranty. After the warranty expires we offer a discounted repair service.
While precious metals are softer by nature, any bending of bands, mountings, or prongs due to wear and tear or damage is not considered a defect in manufacturing and is therefore not covered by our warranty. We highly recommend insuring your Moissanite jewelry through a reputable company like Jewelers Mutual.
If you encounter any issues with your jewelry, please contact us and we will provide instructions for mailing the item back to our office for inspection and repair. If the issue is found to be a result of a structural defect, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you, except for the return shipping to our company which is not included. Read below for more info and exclusions.
What Is Covered Our warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a defect is found, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
What Is Not Covered Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, theft, misuse, abuse, or any alteration or repair done by a third party. Normal wear and tear, and tarnishing is not covered under our warranty.

How to Make a Claim To claim for the warranty, please contact us at BENETandCO@gmail.comand provide yourreceipt/ order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide instructions on how to return the item for repair or replacement.
